New horizons for Casado Design going into 2026

Here at Casado Design Ltd, we are pleased and excited to announce our acquisition by ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) (“ZenaTech”), a technology business solution provider specializing in AI (Artificial Intelligence) drone, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS and Quantum Computing solution, effective from 1st December 2025. The deal concludes a year of negotiations, in which we see Casado joining the ZenaTech family including its drone manufacturing subsidiary under the leadership of Mr. Simon Henry, VP of Business Development, EMEA region.

Founded by Dan and Sian Ceaton in Weston-super-Mare in 2010, Casado Design has spent over a decade delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across the UK. The company has built strong, established connections with some of the UK’s leading telecom operators and prides itself on delivering comprehensive design solutions from start to finish. Over the past twelve years, Casado has supported a wide range of clients across the telecoms and renewable energy sectors and beyond.
